As the Finance Director, you will lead and manage a team.
You''ll build great relationships with your peers in the business enabling you to propose and drive initiatives that enhance the wider business.
Working closely with the CEO and the Board on growth and development strategies and plans, your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering ''brilliant basics'' throughout our operational finance
*Enhancing business performance, improving key commercial and operational metrics
*Leading / delivering on Business Add Value projects and initiatives
*Providing information that supports maximising market share, sales, and profits
*Focusing on increases to speed and accuracy of reporting
*Enhancing process / controls
*Coaching / developing team for optimal performance.
What you will need:
*Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Experience in roles such as Head of Finance / Finance Director / Financial Director / Finance Manager / Financial Manager
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Good leadership skills and experience
*A proven track record delivering input into business growth and developing strong internal/external relationships
