This amazing opportunity is with a fast-growing and highly regarded venue with a reputation for delivering their services on time, every time.
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of our key clients.

The hospitality will cater for between 120 and 160 covers, taking on a casual dining concept during the day and a more formal dining on a Friday and Saturday night.

You will be part of a small, dedicated and flexible team which means that the General Manager must be comfortable with hands-on aspects of the role and be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal General Manager for this position will have the following skills/experience:

• Have worked within a fresh food environment as a Manager for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience
• Have a natural personality, thriving on being the face of the business
• Have a flexible approach with the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
• Possess commercial awareness and business savvy with a natural drive to meet targets and increase sales

Please note that this role will predominantly be day time hours Sunday-Thursday, with evenings/ late nights on a Friday and Saturday.
